PUBLIC NOTICE Applications for filling up 04 (Four) unreserved vacant posts of Sweeper in the revised Cell 1 Level DL Schedule 1 of Pay Matrix in the pay scale of Rs.16900-53500/- plus usual allowances as admissible, purely on temporary basis in Hisar Sessions Division, are hereby invited from general public. The number of vacancies may increase or decrease. Candidate should have desired experience of the duties required to be performed, however, he/she be able to sign in Hindi or Gurumukhi language as the case may be. The minimum age and the upper age limit shall be in accordance with the latest instructions of the Haryana Government in this regard to be calculated as on 01.01.2018. Last date of receipt of applications shall be 17.01.2018. No application received thereafter shall be entertained in any case. Incomplete applications shall be straightway rejected without any information to the candidates. The candidate shall submit application on plain paper, duly affixed with his/her latest one photograph on its top, containing details particulars i.e. name, father’s/husband’s name, date of birth, sex, educational qualifications, Aadhar Card, category of reservation if any, permanent and postal address, and experience, if any, alongwith attested copies of relevant certificates besides two self addressed properly postal stamped envelopes, should reach this office either by registered post or by hand, well before the closing date i.e. 17.01.2018. Incomplete applications shall be straightway rejected without any information to the candidates. -2- Date of interview shall be informed after processing eligible applications by public notice to be affixed on court notice board on 01.02.2018 as well as on website of District and Sessions Court, Hisar www.ecourts.gov.in/india/haryana/hisar/circulars-notices.
